Carmel Valley Tennis Camp will not reimburse your tuition payments in the event you choose to cancel. We recommend purchasing  Travmark Insurance Program Protector during the application process. You must opt out if you do not want to purchase the insurance.

Cancellations made by Oct. 10 receive a full refund less the $300 Registration fee per camper and per session.

Cancellations made between Oct. 11 and January 31 receive a refund less the $500 deposit and $300 Registration fee per camper and per session.

Cancellations made after February 1, even in the event of an injury or medical reason, receive no refund and the tuition is forfeited

Deposits are not transferable when a camper cancels. They cannot be transferred between siblings or when a camper is enrolled in multiple sessions.

If Carmel Valley Tennis Camp cannot operate for any reason, you will receive a prorated refund of the tuition, excluding the $500 deposit and the $300 Registration fee per camper and per session.

Should you choose to cancel, please submit your cancellation by email. Your cancellation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email.

If you reside outside the US, we suggest you contact any of the trip insurance companies to be certain of the coverage.
