If you reside outside the US, we suggest you contact any of the trip insurance companies to be certain of the coverage.
We recommend purchasing Camp Tuition Insurance in the event you should need to cancel. Carmel Valley Tennis Camp will not reimburse your tuition payments in the event you have to cancel.
Camp Tuition Insurance is offered by a number of trip insurance companies, including Travmark Insurance, a travel insurance company and not by Carmel Valley Tennis Camp directly.
Cancellations made by Oct. 10 receive a full refund less the $300 Registration fee per camper and per session.
Cancellations made between Oct. 11 and March 10 receive a refund less the $500 deposit and $300 Registration fee per camper and per session.
Cancellations made after March 10, even in the event of an injury or medical reason, receive no refund and the tuition is forfeited.
Deposits are not transferable when a camper cancels. They cannot be transferred between siblings or when a camper is enrolled in multiple sessions.
If Carmel Valley Tennis Camp cannot operate due to a governmental order, you will receive a prorated refund of the tuition, excluding the $500 deposit and the $300 Registration fee per camper and per session.
